This is a smaller rental car company, very limited fleet. Van wasn’t ready @ 1pm which was my pickup time. I was already waiting since noon which wasn’t the problem, however when I went back to the counter at 1pm, Laurente became very rude. I was frustrated at the LACK of customer service he had, in his words, it’s not our fault you came an hour early. Unacceptable!! That is NOT how you speak to a paying customer. The van was in great condition tho, it was a new Dodge Caravan with only 18,000 miles on it. The check-in process is horrible. Long line with only 2-3 agents working. If you can afford to wait at most 2 hours for a rental, then come here. I didn’t receive my van until 2:05pm. For the whole 2 hours I waited, I witnessed numerous irate passengers. One woman who booked through a third party had to be somewhere by 12:30pm and no vehicle was ready for her. So she left. Another family of 5 with 5 pieces of luggage reserved a large SUV and got stuck with a standard SUV. He made sure to voice his complaint. There were 2 other parties waiting on minivans when I left. One of them was suppose to pick up before me at 12:30pm. I’m just happy I had the time of day to wait around, there was no way I was leaving without a vehicle that day. Book early and you won’t have to settle with the low rates at the smaller companies with smaller fleet.

The pick up locations was an additional 10m shuttle ride from car rental hub. Car we rented was not in great driving shape. Unpleasant experience!
