Plane landed an there was a line....one cashier! I thot oh no here we go, but she blew right thru everyone! Everything preemptively laid out, complete efficiency. Said she’d had a line of 30 a few days earlier and handled it quickly..don’t know her name, but she’s at Yuma.

When I got the vehicle, they stated there was a little bit of surface scratches on the rear of the vehicle. I signed their damage paperwork and then had the worker go out to the vehicle and inspect it. There was additional damage so he marked my pink paper with the damage. He initialed and added his employee number to my copy. When I returned they started the inspection and I told them that they employee marked the pink copy and he stated that they went off of the white copy. I told them that they didn't mark the white copy and he told me to keep my copy in case anything came up.

The only thing I didn't like was I had to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport to pick up the rental car because they close at 6 pm and my flight landed at 10
