Not a good experience. When we arrived to pick up car, budget sent us over to a different counter, Avis, and said they’d help us. The man at the counter said “I told them no, but oh well, you’re here now.” So, we ‘held’ the car with one credit card and wanted to pay with another- he said that wouldn’t be a problem, but of course when we returned the car- they charged the wrong card. I tried to get this corrected, both in person at the airport and also on the phone. The person at the counter was rude and said their systems were down and it wasn’t until I was walking away that he yelled that I could try calling. When I called, I couldn’t understand the individual trying to help me- but I was told to call back in 48 hours and they could ‘maybe’ help me. This matter still has not been resolved, and it frustrates me that y’all send out a survey in less than 24 hours- but yet cannot help me resolve an issue where YOU were at fault, for 48 hours! I am very displeased with the service from beginning to end.

The pickup line was long, I was third in line and waited twenty minutes...it seemed everyone had a problem of some sort

I always have a wonderful experience renting from Budget and Avis in Tucson. The pick up and drop off are always fast and easy.
