I wasn't allowed to pick up my car as I didn't have a flight. I double checked all policies and communications I received and nothing stated that a plane ticket was needed to rent the car. The woman trying to help me was polite but was unable to provide me any documentation for this policy. I was put in a very difficulty position and was unable to rent the car that day. This impacted my ability to travel the way I needed to negatively effected many people's lives.

The car was dirty with cog burnhole in back seat, obviously never washed or cleaned inside w exception some maybe a vaccume and had an unpleasant odor. When I stepped on gas no matter how carefully the engine revved out like I was pushing the car to the floor. Stickers n sticker remmanants all over outside of this dirty car..I was embarrased to drive this. If not for wanting to see family without delay I would not have excepted this car. I try thought this was someone's personal car when I got to the spot and parked where my rental should be til I tried the key. Very dissatisfied with Budget!!!

Wow! Desk representative stayed until 2:00 am to assure we all got our vehicles, then I needed to add a driver mid-trip and I was able to stop at another location and it was seamless. Thanks!!
