It was pretty painless but there was some confusion on which was our car when we got out to the cars. We ended up figuring it out.

Got best price out of all other companies except being summer when we went to pick up car they had none and about 10 families had to sit and wait for a vehicle to be returned. The car we received was filled with gas and maybe a quick vacuum but not washed. You just need patience.

First off I made a reservation 3 weeks prior to arriving only to find out when I get there that no cars were available. Had to wait nearly 45 minutes to get a different car than expected. When I questioned the staff what is the purpose of a reservation I got nothing but attitude. Car was not equivalent to a Jeep Cherokee that I had reserved. The staff really had “I don’t care” attitude me and the fact I had to wait This put us behind our schedule and was not fair to the family we were traveling with who got their car immediately through National. Really disappointed in the entire experience and not how you want to start a family vacation. The staff needs to understand that and show a little compassion for the situation. I get it that they deal with people all day and many are not pleasant but it’s their job and their responsibility. Either accept it or find something else to do. Pretty simple.
