The car was in fair condition. A/C needed to be serviced as it didn’t work very well. My worst experience with this supplier is that I had to give them a $1000.00 deposit when picking up the car. They are supposed to give you back some money when you return the car. The lady at Sheraton hotel where I returned the car said there was a problem getting my money back at that time and asked me to contact her by email in a couple of days while she solved the problem. I returned the car on May 3/19. I have sent 3 emails since then. As of May 11/9 they hbw responded. I will contact my credit card instead.

My experience with budget was not the best when I pick up the van was too big 12 passenger I throng will be 7 passenger mini van .. Buscase the van was too big I damaged the rear end. the van need more power for Driving in El Salvador . I covered with 31.00 a day for insurance they told me they will call me when they have received the report They didn’t explain me how the ins cover work. I hope they are honest with the report. And don’t charge me more. Other than that is ok but I will wait until they call me,,
