My experience with the staff was great and finding out vehicle was no problem. Only issue was after we found our vehicle and were checking out of the rental garage. There was only one booth open and it took an extra 15 minutes just to exit the garage. This wasn't a huge deal, just an unexpected inconvenience.

Very expeditious service, both out and in. I made a mistake with my chosen model and needed to upgrade. The pricing is outrageous for this. They nearly doubled my original rate to go a step up on an upgrade. It is disappointing when companies have to gouge you like that.

When we arrived to pick up the car we told the Budget desk attendant that we didn't think we were going to need the car for the length of time we had stated on our online reservation. We explained that we were going to be purchasing a car in the next few days and would not need the rental car after that time. We asked if the rental agreement should be adjust at that time and the attendant assured us it would be fine and that if we returned the car early the statement would be adjusted accordingly. We assumed prorated for the number of days we had the car..
