Pick up was fine, but was hit with a false damage charge without any communication. Take pictures of your car at pick up and drop off to avoid hassles.

Rip off! Insurance underpaid, more than 395 € away. I am upset and disappointed with the behavior of Avis Budget, Naples Airport - Capodichino. According to reviews, I'm not the first one who was ripped off.
