I picked up my rental as scheduled . I asked that my daughter be a 2nd driver. The Budget representative never disclosed that would incur a $13/day charge. When the balance was higher than the quote , I questioned it. He was a bit snarky with his reply & I had him remove her as a driver which now caused the customer line to build. In addition , the rep never discussed with me to inspect the car before taking the car. When getting to the car , I noticed many scratches & such on the car. I took pics and had to find another Budget employee which then told me the rep was supposed to give me directions on what to do in this situation . Also, I wiped down the steering wheel with a cleaning wipe and it was disgusting !!!! Black and brown filth! I had to use 2 wipes to clean it. Does anyone clean the cars before it goes out again !!! I will not be using Budget again.!!!! To end , I was 20 minutes late& they charged me about the same for a full day rental. Lesson learned !!!!!!
