The car I was given was dirty inside and not filled with gas. The attendant didn’t speak very good English. He offered to fill it up but I was under a time constraint.

When arrived to pick up contract at counter, woman was renting car to two gentleman, who she seemed to be more interested in just making conversation with, rather than renting car to. I was trying to get to my family Christmas, and the whole process probably took 20 minutes, when it should have taken 5. When you have people waiting in line to check in, do not talk about personal issues and events, just do your job, and be more respectful of people waiting in line.

When I went to the rental counter, the lady behind the desk looked at her computer and called the booth, but took quite a while to tell me the car I reserved (an SUV) wasn’t available. After a personal call about her holiday plans, I was offered a Toyota Sienna. I reluctantly accepted because I needed a vehicle, but when we got to the vehicle it was a base level old sienna (used a regular key/no keyfob and was about as basic a model as could be and they said it was an upgrade), the middle row seats were pushed forward and came out of the track when moved back, and after moving it back there was a bunch of trash on the floor. I asked if they had any other vehicle available and when he (the booth attendant) asked what I wanted, I said an SUV like I reserved and he said they had one. I was satisfied with what I ultimately ended up with, but it was a very poor experience to that point.
