Despite correct information, it was not possible to receive the car. There was no other solution and no reimbursement of the rental price. Car del Mar is customer-unfriendly and incompetent.

We had to ask at the airport where we should be, to pick us up. We were told that we should call Budget and that someone would pick us up. That also happened.
