I had a great experience booking the rental and picking up the vehicle. The staff worked quickly and answered any questions I had.

The rep I worked with was pleasant and helpful, but there were communications problems between the staff that I witnessed both after the fact and firsthand. First there was the customer who cut in line to come Back in with a complaint about their vehicle being double booked, which my rep deferred to the supervisor. They then interrupted her to make the same complaint. After that, my rep was trying to ask the supervisor for clarification about which of the two similar vehicles were being called up was available for me, and then complained to her for being unclear and giving attitude. When I went to go retrieve my rental car, the letter row and number she gave me didn’t exist, and when I found my vehicle it was one letter further down. There were no lot attendants to assist with getting the vehicle, and the only person I interacted with at all was the person at the exit gate. No pre-inspection was done for existing damage, though I videoed the interior and exterior of the car before I even got in. The inside of the car was very obviously Not cleaned out, since I found garbage from a previous renter. When I arrived at the drop off location, it became clear that the initial person who had helped me never went over the gas fees, or mileage restrictions. I was not prepared to fill the vehicles tank given that it took me all of the six hours allotted to drive there, as well as ever being informed that I would have to do so in the first place. Overall, I was not overly impressed with the level of service, even though my experience was tolerable,

We wanted to return in a different location, within the same city, the night before original return. Called the company and they provided contradictory information. It was possible to do it at no cost, in the end.
