Satisfactory but nothing more. Staff at the counter courteous but hurry and not smiling at all, which gives you a vehicle with a trunk too small. While I asked for a Peugeot 3008 to have a large chest is entitled to a Vauxhall Crossland medium trunk. So a week to travel with a suitcase between two people behind. The staff do not know the Autoescape warranties (for the franchise) and obviously do not care. Vehicle that works very well, comfortable and clean, a little greedy fuel, GPS not very powerful (it does not know the sights). Very easy and quick restitution with friendly staff. I'm waiting for the rest (deposit refund).

the salesman is trying to sell you overpriced insurance! you have to fight to say that you do not want it: it's incredible. we were outclassed; the car was new

The car was in very good condition and was delivered quickly. On the other hand, on the return, it was necessary to fight for not having to pay unjustified costs because clearly included in the contract passed with Autoescape ... it becomes a general rule among the hirers of cars ... it is really painful and if you are pressed for time to get on a plane, you can not explain yourself and you lose a lot of money. sad
