My experience was good. The only negative is they told us the insurance we purchased through your website would not cover everything so we had to purchase additional insurance which doubled the rental cost we weren’t expecting to pay, I showed the man at the counter my Allianz paperwork I had twice and told him we had insurance. He was very pushy,

Rental agents were slow, it was all about the upsell for insurance and gas. They were very vague in explaining how paying the gas ahead of time (a $60 charge) and not explaining that even if they used 5 gallons of gas, they would pay the price as if they used the full tank. They even suggested that the price on the street was significantly higher than the $2.44 I found at the gas station adjacent to the car rental return, which is always at a premium price due to its location. I purchased the Allianz insurance that CarRentals.com offered and they first said that I didn't buy insurance until I showed them the email I received from Allianz. They quickly changed their tune and said that their insurance covers much more than the Allianz policy, however I doubt that it was as reasonable as Allianz. It was tough finding the parking space that my car was in and there was no one in the garage to direct customers. Basically it was all about the upsell at the counter which slowed processing customers, and then you were on your own. Wouldn't recommend Budget @ Logan airport.

Everythingn went quite smoothly until the very end when the receipt promised to me was never sent. I need it so am hopeful you will help me to get it. Cheers, Kyle
