We were shamed for not understanding the check in process. When I said we had the insurance already covered the agent presented me a form to agree to which he insisted I had to accept. Which was not true after reading. He then after I said we would take care of refilling the tank must have checked the wrong box because we were charged a fuel service fee even though we turned it in with a full tank. We found a half full bottle of some liquid still in the car turned it in at the checkout he was also was not interested or friendly. The agent we interacted with in Raleigh returning the vehicle was great. Friendly and helpful. So Regan agents get a 3 Raleigh agent 10.

I arrived to budget to pick up my compact car. I would be using this car for work in the Washington DC area. Due to the tight parking situations I would be in, I purposefully requested a compact car. Upon arrival I received a very large Kia Sedona Mini-Van. I explained to the clerk that this would be a hardship for me due to frequent stops & parking. The clerk said the car was the only one available, however, she could “upgrade” me to a Luxury vehicle (a Mustang) for an additional fee. This felt like a bate & switch. Due to its size I had to park very far away from most places - I spent more time walking than driving & parking. It would have been easier to Uber. I am upset with the experience.
