I can't fault my experience with Alamo. They we're fantastic.

Initial Service was slow as there was only one agent available to service the queue. Car ordered Holden Captiva (or Similar) Car given Prado Sports ...... varsly different size wise Insurance was taken as per the CarRental website $9/Day then advised at the counter that a $6000 holding bond will taken and used if there was any damage. I would then have to claim to the insurance company on line ..... a pay claim system ..... Not good enough ordered a car with unlimited km's ....... told the car i am receiving is normally capped at 100/km/day but will get unlimited km's Drop Off quick and easy Staff friendlt & informative of options available

Note to mechanical staff. Check car when previous customer tells you they have a slow leak from a tyre.. I had a completely flat tyre which had a nail in it. My son helped me (who is a diesel mechanic) when I had to drive back to the airport. Dangerous
