Car cost more than expected. Bond not returned as yet even though I’ve phoned. Poor service and information

Did booking for specific car and affordable fees, end it up getting bigger and more expensive “upgrades “ without asking me if I was happy or not. They try to sell you a more expensive car for no reason. Child seat for 3 years old was selected wrong as I should receive normally forward standard seat and ended up with booster seat which is very big for 3year old. If costumer service is not competent about it, they should ask someone. My son was struggling to stay in the chair every time I was using the brake. My wife was pretty much holding him for 5 days every time with going out anywhere.
