I was a bit restless because I noticed a small dent on the car before the start, which was not noted, and which the employee did not want to register ... - (and where I found out, I could not find anything correct myself) I have a photo taken in all cases - and there were no problems with the return ... :-)

I asked for a small car but when I saw the two door Smart......my suitcase barely fit in the passenger's seat. Rep told me it was a four door Smart but I was too tired after a long flight to go back to rep and get another car. I don't like Smart cars because insurance is very high and they are not practical for travelers. It's excessive to have to wait an hour plus for a car after making reservations. I've been using Avis in Italy every year for the last several years with more positive outcome.

Had bad expirience with Avis marco polo.Ordered ford cuga suitable for 5 p and 3 suitcases. Waited for one hour got audi q2 with small trunk. Had to wait additional hour for bmw 219, which is also too small. Had to drive with some of our bags on the children legs. This is the last time Im working with Avis
