They are not too pushy trying to sell unnecessary things. However, we rent a compact and they didnt had it available thus tried to make us pay for an upgrade. Other than that everything was good

Reserved for $418 for 3 days but when I got there the price was almost double. I provided the rate on the confirmation and they said they will adjust the rate. Had my friend and I waited for over an hour and we were running out of patience and running late then we signed whatever to get out of there. Made unfulfilled promises to comp us a gas tank of 25 gallons for the trouble which didn't happened upon returning the vehicle. Bill came out to be $698. I was told insurance would be $78 more so I agreed but they didn't say it was per day. Misleading us to believe that it was a total of $78 added to the total amount of the rental bill. Called customer service waited for 20 mins and got hung up, called back and waited for 30 mins then the guy said will credit back $100 for the gas tank but there's system issues so he couldn't do anything. He said to call back later and when I called back again another guy said he couldn't credit $100 but he'll credit some for excessive wait time but the system won't let him so he said to call back the next day. This is totally their strategies. Knowing they're playing games so I had to call back the next day to see what else excuses they have and finally they credit back $37 for excessive wait. Better than nothing but that wasn't what was promised and I had to go through all that trouble just to make my point.

Spent 45 minutes in line. When it was our turn, it quickly became clear why. Both counter clerks were incompetent. Getting the keys to a pre-reserves car, no frills should take 10 minutes. But our agent, with chit chat about this and that, mis entering data, and not trusting what the system was telling her, managed to turn it into 30 minutes. The icing on the cake is that when we returned the car two days later, the guy with the scanner in the check in line couldn’t find the record and told us that whoever checked it out to us hadn’t completed the transaction correctly.
