Customer service reps were very rude not only to me but to other customers as well. When the guy expressed concerns about the car not being clean she asked him was he going to bring it back washed. Very unprofessional. And just playing mind games saying there were people in the return booth waiting to accept the vehicle for return when there was clearly no one in the booth and even after waiting five minutes and watching other customers wait and walk away with no avail still no one showed up so I had to go inside. And even the shuttle bus driver was playing hide and seek and drove off even after he saw I had been waiting when he pulled up and went inside for who knows how long then the moment the desk agent finally agrees to print a return receipt the shuttle bus driver sneaks off and drives away. I should have gone with Alamo like I have been doing for years since my previous poor experience with this Avis location. It’s just been so long that I forgot how poor the service was this bad. But now I remember why I switched and been returning to Alamo consistently for so long. Never again. I may not remember again in the future the exact reason or events but this time at least it will just be embedded in my brain to stay away and go with the competitor instead. Just no!

Had to reattach fan shroud back to vehicle after further inspection found battery terminals loose retightened them vehicle wanted to return sat they charged me for Sunday as well

Avid could not provide us a receipt when we dropped the car off...system issues...they said we would receive an email receipt....none sent
