Usually when additional insurance is taken out, the employee asks beforehand if the client wants them. This was not the case at 5 am at CDG terminal 2E airport. Signatures are done on screen. It was only later that I was able to edit my contract. The Gare du Nord team understood this aspect and intelligently corrected a subscription that I never do.

My experience with AVIS was catastrophic and this for several reasons: 1- my wait at the agency before taking over the vehicle lasted more than an hour 2- the air conditioning of the car was broken and the outside temperatures of the car Friday, July 26th were close to 38 degrees (fun) 3- Center console did not work properly and shut off every 2 minutes (so no GPS or radio during the whole trip)

No pb of support and discount CLES. Cleaning broken dough inside blah! Rather opaque
