1. Few minutes after I made the reservation I got the confirmation email, and I noticed I ordered the car for the wrong time (10 AM instead of 9 AM). I immediately called AVIS to change the pick-up time, but they told me it can't be done. That was 5 minutes after I made the reservation!!. 2. I wanted to return the car in Rhodes city, but the city branch is 20 minutes drive from the city. So after dropping off the car, I had to take a cab back to the city. Poor service....

Car was great, the guy who helped us was very rude though

While the car rental itself was good, car clean and roomy, the pickup process needs huge improvement! Email indicated the wrong location and there was no signage at the airport. Airport staff were unaware of the brand. In addition, no one answered the phone.
