First, I have to say the corporate office/customer service is great to talk to. They are kind, patient, attentive and professional. I chose this Alamo location through carrentalsdotcom because they had the best price online. I learned that it is best if you call them after making a reservation and ask for all the fees and taxes and other items that will be charged to you because mine was 120.00 more than what I expected or what I saw online. I also purchased a vehicle protection through a 3rd party online but when I mentioned that I had a protection, the representative told me she didn't know what it was or what I was talking about and I felt pressured to buy another one as there were customers lining behind me and I didn't want to be that difficult customer, so I went ahead and bought it. The lady representative started out nice and willing to accommodate, but maybe it was getting too busy, she ended up being short and impatient with her answer, and unwilling to look into my question further. It's never a pleasant feeling when you are charged 120.00 more than you expected. After making a couple of phone calls the customer service, i was later told that the second protection I ended up paying will be refunded and I am waiting to hear from the Alamo management team(I have not heard from them as of today). I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful the representatives were when I called the customer service, but my experience with the office could have been better if all the items were shown and how much each item was and if they would be made aware that customers have access to a third party vehicle protection coverage.

My experience with this supplier was good. Very easy pickup & drop service. Nice new car given to me.

My experience was good. All of my questions were answered and pickup was done in a timely fashion.
