The person in front of me in line had issues and even tho there were 2 workers on the othe side of the counter(it makes a right angle) nobody tried to help me I'm not sure why the counter is set up liek that Its as if I wasnt there And I didn't ask the guy about it once he helped me

At time of drop off, I had a lot of trouble locating Avis at the West Palm Beach , Florida airport due to poor directional signs and construction closing a necessary road to get there, this made me very late dropping off car, making me rush and actually having to run. This caused a lot of stress worrying that I might miss my flight. I was not given a receipt with the time I dropped the vehicle off and I worried while on my flight about being charged more than what was quoted. I had to wait until I got off the plane to call to check. Shouldn't I have been given a receipt with the info such as how many miles on the car when returned and that you acknowledged I had filled the gas up and other facts? I was told by the man I gave my keys to that I would get an email which I never was, I dropped off the car Monday around 3:20 and to this day, Wednesday no receipt in my email yet.

Did not want to honor my carrentals savings as booked and wanted to charge me 150% more. Finally after 2 hours, the supervisor cleared it up and upgraded me at no additional charge.
