Arrival in Nantes at 20:30 on a Friday evening at the beginning of the weekend. Only 2 employees including one favoring Avis preferred customers. Insufficient obviously seen the length of the tail. Avis does not seem to adapt to the level of its bookings. An hour of waiting ...

Picking up was quick and easy. During the ride we had a flat tire, so we had to use the spare tire. When they returned, they constantized that the tires had been inflated too hard, so we were not charged for the flat tire. Very smooth, but above all fair handling. Highly recommend Avis.

Nantes airport, school holidays Saturday, 2 wickets out of 4 open, each agent spends 10-15 min per customer while there is a large queue. It's unbearable. Experiences in other similar places.
