When I got to the Avis counter, it was as if they had no record of my reservation. Avis was about to change me $300 plus instead of $132 something. Got the right price by showing them my confirmation email.

I had booked for a car online, and collected it. However i changed my requirement due to number of people in my trip and required a smaller car, i went to avis office again and requested for changing car . They happily changed the requirement and provided support for cost revising. Require attention: i drove car from madison to chicago and back, i have paid cash for all through except one poll on return , i asked on the way to pay i was not given a clear way . i ended up paying a huge amount not the poll amount due to not paying.

We rented a mini van to drive from WI to TX. Myself, my mother and my 4 children ages 9,7,6,&3. This van had everything, multiple USB ports, and circular ones(previously used as a cigarette lighter), even 1 outlet. It was perfect for keeping all of our electronic devices charged. It was spacious, plenty of legroom, and storage for our family. We will definitely be renting a van from Avis again.
