I am not happy with service and will probably not use or recommend Avis. I have a lost item listed on your website but have received 3 emails that my lost item is not found. I cannot get through to anyone on phone to correct this issue. I would still like my item back as it costs about $40.00 to replace. How do I get some help with this? on another note the people I dealt with directly at the airport were wonderful but not your lost and found department

They stated there were no cars available, 2nd consecutive time I experienced this at MEM.

This is my first review of the services at any vendor since I've been using your services. The attendant at this location was absolutely rude and disrespectful. He took an attitude because I simply indicated that the mini-van that he was offering me was not what I reserved. I reserved a Mid-Size SUV or equivalent. His cross words were witnessed by another customer who was also in line. If you don't want it, I'll just cancel the service he says, and I asked if there wqas someone else that I could speak to, he said NO. Terrible customer service is all I can say.
