When returning the vehicle, they made us pay twice as much for rental. They are ridiculous. Never renter fro avis ever again.

I chose Avis because it was supposed to be in terminal pick up and we are a family with 3 kids under the age of 5. Loading and unloading off the shuttle was not what we wanted to do after a long morning with the kids. When we landed and went to the rental, the in terminal desk was CLOSED & we had to use the shuttle. That’s number 1. Number 2, the first car I was give was not cleaned from the inside. I have an infant, toddler and 5 year old and they expected me to put my kids in a dirty car that smelled like cigarettes. The cars lack of cleanliness wasn’t enough to change the car, thankfully the 3rd row wouldn’t fold and that’s when she decided to change the car. The second car she offered had pilot seats in the second row, again useless to our family since we needed trunk space for our luggage and stroller. The third car was fine. Then there were the car seats. I specifically called ahead of time to reserve car seats because we were already travelling with our hands full. I was Told they would have 1 infant car seat and 1 toddler car seat. The infant car seat was NOT for an infant and was NOT rear facing, i had to put my child in a bigger car seat. The toddler car seat did not have a harness it was a booster for a 6 year old. This rental experience was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I will not use Avis again.

My experience was bad I rent my car online 2 weeks ago and went I pick up they told me there no cars!! Sorry!!
