I was quoted $27 with 'estimated taxes and fees' at $0. Your 'estimation' was out by over $100. Neither you nor Hertz could give me any accurate idea of what these charges would be until the moment I picked up, even though I phoned them in advance. Between the two of you 'partners' I feel totally scammed. You know what you are doing, and if you want to put it right I am open to a gesture. Also the drop-off in Tel Aviv was very stressful, since you apparently need to magically be aware of a code to punch into the keypad in order to get into the drop-off car park. I had 15 angry cars hooting behind me because I didn't have this four-digit pin in my head. Never encountered something so ridiculous at a rental drop-off anywhere in the world.
