Horrible experience. Hertz did not have my reservation. I was directed to Dollar counter. Waited only to find they did not have my reservation and vack to Hertz counter. Now I have two charges and need to call on Monday to resolve!

When we arrived the car we reserved was not available. The assistant manager Nicole was very helpful and called their sister company to send us the right car as soon as possible. She also made up for the hour long wait but letting us return the car empty with no fee. Great cuatomer service!
