When I picked up the vehicle I opted to fill the gas tank myself prior to returning the vehicle. After driving out of the airport I realized the low tire pressure indicator light was on and I had to return the vehicle back to the airport. I was told the only available remaining vehicles was a minivan and a pick up truck. I didn’t want either but I opted for the pick up truck because that was all they could offer me even though there were other vehicles in the parking lot at the time . Prior to driving out of the airport for the second time I noticed the gas was not completely full. So I took a picture of the mileage and the gas gauge immediately And decided to deal with it when I return the vehicle since I had already returned one vehicle and it was getting late. When I return the vehicle the person that checked me in inspected the vehicle handed me a printed receipt and sent me on my way. I asked to speak to a manager about the gas and he said I would have to go inside and wait at the desk. While waiting in line I looked at the receipt handed to me when I returned the car and noticed they had charge me $15.99 to fill the vehicle up with gas which I already did prior to returning the vehicle. Had I been in a hurry to catch a flight I may have not noticed the extra charge that was uncalled for. So now I had two reasons to speak to the manager. In the end they took off the $15.99 and a portion of the gas that was not in the vehicle when I picked it up. The point is that I felt like I had to constantly watch out for myself with this company as I felt like I was being taken advantage of in multiple ways. In the end I was financially made whole however there was never an apology offered.
