When I returned vehicle it was an hour and a half early . The lady that helped me out was Briana and she said she would give a discount on returning early with that also being said keeping us almost 1hour and a half later trying to return vehicle. She apologized about keeping us so late, but she also was supposed to charge my daughters card instead of my card .we discussed that when picking up car that they would charge her ( my daughters) card when returning vehicle. But briana gave us discount and quoted us to on paying out upon returning vehicle $73.94 for all the trouble waiting so long . Then days later seeing my card charged for rental agreement . Comes to find out Briana charged my daughters card on some other customers rental agreement. But the customer representative, Tyler that works for this company, got it all situated .I do not understand why I would then have to pay full price on 2 rental agreements. With one being mine and the second another customers and being told that the other customer has a free rental now after all the trouble I have to go through waiting on money getting put back on my card that was not supposed to be charged and then charging my daughters card on someone else's rental agreement. I do not feel safe with ever trusting this company giving any of my important information with this being done . I'm very disappointed the way this was handled and would like someone to speak with because Tyler not Briana were no help.

This Man that was there did not explain the payments clearly and had charged the card that wasn't suppose to. He was not very clear about that part.

We arrived a bit early for our reservation. It was a holiday weekend so they were short on cars and upgraded us to a small SUV. Returned about 5 hours later to a different location for our flight. Friendly service @ both places
