Overall customer service is good. We had asked for a diesel car but when we picked up our car, its unleaded. Also, the petrol tank was not filled up fully - 2 notches down. We had noticed that only after we have left the rental office. Although we have taken a photo of it, we did not contact the office at that instant as we do not hve a local sim card yet. We were also not able to speak to anyone as the office was closed by the time we returned the car in the evening (dropped the keys in the box).

Really disappointed with my experience. The car was given to me with damage to tyre/alloy and when I returned it they said i caused it and have to pay. It make no sense as to how it would be possible. Not happy!
