First off the car wasn't even at the right location, so I ended up having to cancel my reservation and try to reserve a new car at the actual airport where I was expecting my original reservation to be. And to make matters worse the person at the counter there to service me was like the most unhelpful and unwilling to help make updated arrangements

I reserved a minivan and prepaid of it all over a week before the pick update. I paid to be taken 35 minutes to my pick up location only to be told that they don't have a car for me and are unsure when they may get one. I asked the employee why I was not called and notified and was told that management told them not to call people. Now here I am with no car and being told that they will call me when they get one, why is it that they could not have saved me the 35 minute taxi times 2 and notified me sooner.

the address on the paper work for my car rental was no longer a valid for hertz. A couple of phone calls later I got the correct address for the hertz location. The car was ok there was no fluid in the windshield washer and the interior windows were dirty.
