They provided me a new car with little to no miles on it but that is the best thing about the service I received. Not only did they misadvertise their price but they also hit me with a $10 charge for having the gas just off the full line when I dropped it off. Most egregiously, my $85 rental turned into $300 when I arrived at the counter due to a mandatory insurance that they did not include in my initial receipt when booked online. The customer service just used company policy repeatedly as excuses for the price gouging. Just realize that the real price will be 3x what is advertised online!

when I got to the counter the first thing they said was WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE INSURANCE YOU PURCHASE. I had paid 9 dollars a day additional insurance per day and the only option was to purchase there insurance for $27.00 a day had two day rental and 3 day insurance because even if you pick up at 11:30 pm is consider a day.
