I got a confirmation email from the company. Wanted to pick up the confirmed car. Stood in lane for almost 2 hours. I was told that my reservation could not be honored due to a system failure. I was treaded in a very rude way when I asked for help or other possibilities. No compensation whatsoever. Taxi costs of 50 USD weren't compensated. Worst customer treatment ever. I will definitely never book again at Alamo.

The reservation wasn't honoured and my family was stranded in Miami without a car. it ruined our vacation

Easy to pick up, new Toyota Camary, smooth drive, easy return
