Everything went smooth and we were very happy with the service of both the renter service and the vehicle itself.

Each employee we encountered made the whole rental process very positive. Even though they only had one shuttle driver from the airport terminal the night we flew in, he sure kept up with the influx of customers well. At the counter, every employee worked expeditiously while maintaining friendly conversations with their customers. It was nice that they also made self-serve kiosks available, which I used. Within minutes, our documents printed up and we were greeted by another employee that quickly assessed our paperwork and asked if we wanted the Ford F-150 or the Chevy Silverado. My hubby asked for the latter, but when our greeter radioed for it, he was told that the Silverados were being cleaned. We were happy with the F150 and very grateful for the overall glitchless experience!
