My pick up was scheduled for 12pm and I arrived at 12.15pm to be informed that my car isn't ready. After 30min I have been told that there was no car available in my reserved category and whether I wanted to downsize to a smaller vehicle. As I required the larger car, I kept waiting for almost another hour until I complained again and finally a car could be made available. There were a few other customers at that time waiting for their vehicles

Smaller car we ordered not available so we rec'd a larger vehicle. Great for space, but poorer on gas mileage - and gas is SUPER expensive in Europe.

My experience was fine in the pickup, I returned the car with small damage and the handling agent advised me that it's covered under my insurance. Next day I see 1000 euros deducted from my credit card without any communication with me.
