One of the worst experience i had with payless, they didnt have a car in stock.

I made a reservation online days prior to my trip. After arriving at the ATL airport, I met my friends at the Payless Rental counter to pickup our SUV we reserved. They told me that they were SOLD OUT of cars and we would have to wait an hour to receive a vehicle. It didn't matter that I had a reservation with them! I was shocked and very disappointed! It was approaching rush hour on a Friday and we had to drive to Tennessee for a planned weekend trip. We had to go to National to rent a car and luckily their customer service was amazing and they had a car for us within minutes!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Payless Car Rental. I reserved a car for pickup upon my late arrival at Atlanta International Airport. Upon arrival and after waiting in line for over 30 minutes, the woman behind the counter announced to everyone in line that they ran out of cars and that having a reservation didn't matter. At this point, it was 11:30pm and my only option was to spend $115 on a cab to my destination an hour away. It was absolutely ridiculous and I can assure you I will never use this company again.
