For the price I got exactly what I wanted. I specifically requested a RAV4 and the employee advised there was none in stock. I had to settle for a Ford Edge. While bringing another customers car up, he noticed a rav4 and immediately offered it to me before I left. Awesome service. Got on and drove away. As I was driving I noticed a chemical smell, and was thinking it would go away. After an hour it didn’t. Called in and was advised I could return and get something else. Pulled back up and stated I was needed an exchange. The manager whom assisted me advised me he didn’t “smell anything,” but exchanged the car anyway. Got a Jeep Cherokee. Looked nice, smelled new. Took it. The checkout guy was nice too. If it wasn’t for the exchange the service would’ve been excellent. I’d rent again if I needed to.

Overall we have never had problems till this recent rental. My mother brought vehicle with full tank of gas and clean vehicle. They charged her $31 extra to her card for gas, stating she didn’t fill up rental with gas. My mother had to go back to airport and ask why the extra charge, once all was reviewed and checked with manager they refunded the money back for the extra charge of gas. We have always used Alamo and I hope this does not happen again.
