Arrived at the Alamo drop off location in downtown Boston( 1 Congress Street) which is a busy city street with no street parking. No sign out front telling you where to park. Drove around looking for the drop off spot. Called the Alamo # twice and was told to park in the wrong parking building. Went to the Alamo office and was then given written directions on where/how to get in the right parking building, which was around back. had to return it to the 9th floor of the parking building. Realized 2 hrs. after I returned my car that I left my EZ Pass transponder in the window. Called Alamo call center. They wouldn't give the phone number of the Boston office where I left the car. Only would relay a message. Still no response 2 days later.

The service agents were great. Friendly. When I returned the vehicle the service was as great as when I picked it up. I'll use the same carrier next time I rent
