To start off I get to the rental center and wait in line at the Alamo desk they open at 6am no one was there at 610am I was helped by a national car rental service member I agreed to the price when reserving the car at $480 or so dollars I chose the option that I was 22 years old I’m in the military visiting home due to a dying relative. When I get the paper to sign my bill was $1050 dollars more than double the price I agreed to. So I go out to the car already irritated to find the only car in the selection FILTHY absolutely destroyed (I have pictures) popcorn every where dirt everywhere old tissues in the cup holders and seat backs sticky stuff on the arm rest area. I had to clean a rental car which is something I thought I would never have to do. I tried calling multiple numbers for Alamo and national and everyone gave me the run around no clear answers or help I will NEVER be renting through Alamo again

My experience was not very good. I picked up my rental and I was asked personal info about my deductible. It’s no ones business. Very rude customer service rep.

From the person at the check in counter, to the lot person , to the check out person, all were very helpful and nice.
