I had a good experience with my car rental. Pickup was easy, the car was clean and service was efficient.

Only one person at the counter, so there was a line to get the car. Once I got to the person, the process was easy.

We picked this place because it seemed like the best deal and the size of car we were looking for. Price was $194 for 4 days with $200 deposit. Great right! Nope! They charged my card for over $400 and they said that was with deposit. I'm still ok with that. When we picked it up the car smelled like smoke badly. I asked the guy if people were allowed to smoke in the vehicle because I am allergic to smoke and that's why I rented a non-smoking car. All he said was, they had no other rental with my capacity I paid for and well I can write it on the paper so they dont charge you for smoke smell. Luckily my husband was with me in our vehicle because by the time I got out of the airport parking lot I had to have him switch cars with me. The smell was so bad, even with the windows down that I was already breaking out in hives and I couldn't breath. That's not all! When we returned the vehicle they tried charging my card again. Since we had to pay with our credit card I told them I can only charge $500 to that card. So when they ran the card again of course it was over my $500. Limit. I asked them what the charge was for and that's when I found out they charged me for 2 days of Toll use, which we didnt pass any tolls, $29 a day for an additional driver (I was not informed of the charge and I was the only one driving), $35 a day for extra insurance coverage (I requested the basic cheapest because of my card limit) and over $144 in taxes and fees. My $194 rental came out to over $400 with out the deposit. When I wanted to speak to a manager, he was conveniently gone for the day, but the guys that were working said they would text him and have him call us and gave us his card. We DID NOT receive a call that day nor the day after. I called the number on the card when I got out of work and after waiting for over 25 minutes for someone to answer my call they hung up on me. So I still have not been able to speak to the manager and settle my issue. I have rented a car once month this year for multiple days and I have never seen such charge ups or excessive taxes and fees. I am very disappointed with this car service and even more disappointed that I can not get a call back from the manager! I will never rent from this place again!
