I didnt get the car i reserved or even same catagory

20 miles after picking up the rental the oil change light came on and the sticker on the window indicated that it hadn’t been changed since December.

I've been a loyal customer to the company since they started at the jfk location but this last rental encounter had my blood boiling. They have a employee at counter named Miriam that shouldn't be at the counter. Let's start off I waited in line until I was called and when I got the counter she had a attitude I gave my Id and card I said I have a resveration. My resveration was made for a mini van, she then asked me questions that I never been asked before at any rental company. I said I need the mini van it shouldn't concern you on who or what I use it for. She looked at me and walked out of the building pulls the car slams the key on counter and tells me sign. After signing she then tells the other coworker that's swamped with a line I'm leaving figure it out!!! On my return date I called the 1800# to extend another week they said sure but I have to return this rental due the plates have expired I said okay. I get to the facility I encounter with her again I said I called and need to extend another week but I can't continue with the same van cause the plate is expiring tomorrow. So she write up another contract send me outside to write mileage and fuel come back inside from previous rental come back inside hands me a key I go to the van the attendant and I walked to the van he asked me for the paper we over look the van he begging to say are you sure you want this van it has excessive damage after thinking about it I didn't want to be at fault for any missed damage they didn't see or write out. I went inside asked to switch out the van for another one same make and model with was across from it and lot attendant said that it was ready to go. She then comes out and said no I'm not giving you that one take a video of the car or cancel I said no I'm not doing that I'm requesting another van. She tells me that's a premium van and she not giving me that I said it the same make and model the lot attendant verified she still said no. I asked why do you have a attitude she then tells me some b.s about me coming in demanding . I then told her you must have me confused for someone else I was no where demanding. I then again asked are you going to switch the van she said no cancel the rental I'm not changing it. I said fine cancel I go somewhere else. Never again would I go there until she get fired!!!
