I think the car's Eazy Tag should be able to calculate the actual toll charge, and the customer should be charged based on the real cost, not by fixed price at $14.95.

Fortunately everything worked out fine with the car I rented from Advantage, but their operations were odd. We had to wait quite a while until we got the car as there was a mix-up of keys with another couple, whose luggage was already in what ended up being our car. Then we couldn't exit their lot and had to drive back to alert someone to come open the gate. Not exactly a confidence-inspiring pick-up experience. Thankfully, the car ran fine. When I returned the car, there was only one clerk present who shuffled out of their building only when I walked towards it. He disappeared again after checking the car, and then I waited around for hopefully a van to pick me up. It was eerie as there were no other customers and when the van eventually did show up, I was the only passenger.

Needed to change the driver of the car to my husband since I was sick. They said I had to make a new reservation and lose all the money I paid. They did not even try to help resolve the issue and were very rude. Picking up the car took more than an hour and the agents were very rude.
