My experience started during Spring Break last year. I decided to reserve with Advantage at the last minute due to price, despite the negative reviews. Check in was quick and easy. Agent was very friendly and during conversation realized we were headed to Winter Park and made sure we had an AWD vehicle. And boy did we need it. Returning was no different than anywhere else. Quick and easy. Fast forward to last week. Same experience. Shuttle was a little slow at the airport, but what's the rush. I'm on vacation. Our rentals have been newer, clean vehicles in very nice condition. Great service at the Denver Airport location. Don't worry about the reviews from people that don't have it together. Vacations will always have a hiccup or two. Don't let your rental car be one of them.

With USA car rentals, the process seems to always be the same and very streamlined. I'm leaving a 4-star review, as this one was unlike any other rental I've ever experienced - and I rent throughout the world. This took longer to rent than a small shop in Morocco, at Casa Blanca intl. airport. The rental line took exactly 31 minutes, even though we had made a reservation ahead of time, and there was no way to speed this up - it was just slow. Ways to solve this - a) people with reservations get a separate line, or b) double up on assistants, instead of two. After returning a car, I received an email the next day saying I hadn't returned a car yet, and that I had another day rate outstanding, and that I should let them know when I'm coming back. I responded that I would file a small claims suit in my state if they don't look harder. Two days later, I received an email with a $0 balance, with no acknowledgment of the initial mistake. The last point, is why I'm rating this a four star.

I called them to have my email corrected but they still haven’t sent my invoice. Tried to upsell everything.
