I ended up leaving my wallet in the car and Advantage called me immediately and I was able to get my wallet back right away!

I had pre-paid for my rental and once I arrived at the location the company said they couldn’t rent it to me because there was a mismatch with the information (their fault) and refused to refund my money.

My experience was disgusting, My car was filthy, I complained to the attendant but nothing was done. Inside the windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them and no fluid to clean them, and people ate in it and it was like a garbage can. The outside the mirrors were so filthy you couldn't see, I took it to a car wash so i could see out of my windows and use my mirrors and have a clean car. The car ran fine and the cost for the rental was great but CLEAN YOUR CARS!!!!!!!!~ I will rent from you again but please I'm a repeat customer, If I get a car like this again I will go somewhere else. Oh yes the car was like new in cleanliness when returned, no damage and very few miles placed on it. I wasn't going to a wedding in a car that looked like it was in a mud race.
