While there was a mix-up with my reservation time, the manager Phil was an amazing resource! He assisted me with several significant detractors to my journey and was very helpful and courteous! It was very late at night when I arrived after 2 long (and delayed) flights, and even though there was a mix-up with the timing of my reservation, he was able to assist me and made sure I got very well taken care of. Bravo to your manager Phil!

The reservation process was easy and seemed too good to be true, but picking up our rental was a snap. We had an unforeseen problem with the vehicle when a tire blew out on the highway and the U-Save staff was not only apologetic, they went out of their way to make things right for us,sending help immediately and refunding a portion of our rental. We were very satisfied with the way they handled this issue and would recommend them to anyone!

U-Save was BY FAR the best deal at the Tampa airport. It is farther away than the onsite agencies but there is a shuttle so no problem at all. I would absolutely rent from them again.

The staff was great! Their shuttle driver was both friendly and professional; he was very helpful! They had us off and rolling within just a few minutes. The car was clean and drove very well & the price was amazing. The office staff very friendly when we arrived. The staff that was on duty was great when we dropped off the car with the exception of one very rude and snotty lady. We would rent from them again!

U-Save was great. Please know, it is NOT directly outside of the airport exit, but the shuttle takes you about a minute away to the USave location. We got a brand new car. On the way back, Adolph, the owner drove us personally in our car back to the airport, no luggage transfer necessary to a shuttle. Worked out well, very happy and a MUCH better price than other vendors.

The guy running the Fort Lauderdale location on Sunday afternoon (12/4) was just outstanding!! We got lost taking the vehicle back (completely our fault). I had to call for directions and was pretty frustrated by the time I got there and was afraid I'd miss my flight. He met me at the door and said he'd handle the check in. Rather than having us ride the shuttle to the airport, he had one of the other guys working with him take us directly to the airport in the car we rented. He dropped us off right at the curb, helping with our bags and all. We made our flight with about ten minutes to spare. I rent cars all the time, and this was hands down the best service I've ever received. Someone give that man a raise!
