I've never heard of them before, so definitely took a risk, but we were VERY satisfied with their service. We rented a compact car for a week for $108 (plus taxes), which was about $120 cheaper than other BIG companies. Our car was reliable and excellent on gas. I will definitely go with Deluxe Rent-A-Car company the next time I am in LAX. |

When I arrived on Saturday evening, November 7th, the systems were down and I along with many oters experienced a very long wait. The Staff had to take our informationin long-hand which proved time consuming. Despite this, each of the agents was apologetic, patient and so courteous. Some of the customers, I am sorry to say were not so kind. Your staff turned an otherwise frustrating experience into a pleasant one, just be acting friendly!
