Thank you for a very good phone app - we were able to make the reservation as we were taxiing to the gate and got a much better discount (AGAIN)compared to walking up to the counter and dealing direct with a rental agent! GREAT!!! This is our second rental from CarRentals.com at the same airport (SRQ)within 2 months and we rented in Phoenix inbetween trips. Same great experience. We got rates much cheaper than walking up to the rental counter! Keep up the good work!

Loved the fill up service at the desk and not having to fill up before I returned. Car was better than expected - a joy to drive. Car return was INCREDIBLY EASY! The only thing that could improve would be better directions from staff at the desk for travelers!
